À la lueur de ces images, je me demande si Justin Trudeau n’a pas pris son conseiller en communication à Hollywood. Plus précisément, je suppute qu’il ait embauché le grand acteur/philosophe Jean Claude Van damme.
C’est triste d’une certaine manière. Même si je ne suis pas une grande fan de Pierre Elliott Trudeau, je suis pas mal certaine qu’il se désolerait de voir son fils adoptée une stratégie aussi ridicule. Le bilinguisme “coast to coast” ce n’était certainement pas comme ça qu’il l’envisageait. Il revendiquait plutôt deux cultures capables de vivre l’une imbriquée dans l’autre, un peu à l’image du ying et du yang. Personnellement, je n’ai jamais cru que le rêve de Trudeau était réaliste. Visiblement, ce que nous présente son fils – dont la parodie n’a fait que révélé l’originale – est une proposition qui démontre par l’absurde l’errance du rêve bilingue de Pierre Elliott. Le pire du pire c’est que Trudeau fils ait été élu dans mon compté. Y a quelque chose que je ne comprends pas.
Le bilinguisme au Canada est un beau combat idéaliste… peut-être trop loin des réalités.
