En 2004, Loco Locass avait défrayé la chronique avec le titre Libérez les libéraux, diffusé gratuitement sur Internet. À forte teneur politique, cette chanson fut reprise par les étudiants, lors des manifestations de 2005.

Rarement la langue française n’a été employé à si bon escient pour défendre un engagement politique. À l’image de leur nom, les Loco Locass jouent avec les mots, sautent sur les rimes et transcendent les rythmes.
Sur la seule base de la composition de leurs textes, leurs chansons pourraient être étudiées en court de poésie. En fait, la chose est possible avec Poids Plume, un recueil de 128 pages qui regroupe les paroles des albums Amour oral et In Vivo.

Il y a 35 ans, je fondais les boîtes à chansons les deux Pierrots dans le Vieux Montréal.
Il y a trois ans, je donnais tous mes biens pour devenir ermite des routes

Il y a deux ans et demie, deux jeunes femmes cinéastes me trouvèrent endormi sur une
galerie et me firent part de leur rêve: faire un documentaire sur ma démarche politique
en me suivant épisodiquement avec une caméra. Un six minutes de leur oeuvre est offert

Samedi soir le 4 décembre 2008 à Montréal, à 20 heures au CAFE QUI FAIT QUOI (coin
sherbrooke, St-Denis), aura lieu la première de la projection de ce documentaire
intitulé: MON AMI PIERROT, LE DERNIER HOMME LIBRE. Après le 45 minutes que dure cette
projection, je répondrai aux questions en chantant avec ma guitare quelques unes de mes
105 chansons politiques écrites sur la route sur de vraies rencontres et de vraies
histoires vécues.

En 1995, la rupture épistémologique que constitua la chute du mur ethno-linguistique
du référendum parizeau peut etre interprétée comme un rattrapage de la nouvelle
conjecture mondiale annoncée par la naissance d’internet (1989) et la chute du mur de
Berlin (1989).
3eme temps
De 1995 à aujourd’hui, Le K…uébec comme le reste du K…anada est passé d’une
société verticale pré-internet à une société horizontale post-internet (cellulaire,
facebook, twitter etc…) consacrant les structures collectives déjà en place comme
outils satisfaisant devant la demande croissante de la primauté des droits individuels
sur les droits collectifs, de quelque nature que ce soit.
CONCLUSION
L’intense corruption publique que vit le K…uébec en ce moment peut être interprétée
comme une transition d’une structure démocratique à une autre, dans la ligne de rupture
de pensées de Montesquieu (la séparation des pouvoirs),Lammenais (une naiton = langue,
race, religion), Wilfrid Laurier (les droits ont primauté sur la langue, la race et la
religion), Franck Scott (la charte des droits et libertés annoncant le surgissement du
futur pays oeuvre d’art, (Pierrot Rochette)(le pays oeuvre d’art n’étant possible que par

La crise de corruption que vit le K…uébec ces jours-ci invite peut-être les citoyens
de toutes les régions du Canada à une réflexion du genre de celle-ci:
La liberté la plus grande de toutes consiste à réformer son existence, condition
préalable à toute réforme de la société.
A partir de cet a priori, on pourrait définir le rêveur équitable du 21eme siècle de
la façon suivante; un rêveur équitable, ce serait toute personne qui prend la décision de
prendre soin du rêve d’une autre personne qu’importe sa race, sa langue, sa religion et
cela, SANS INTERET PERSONNEL CACHÉ.
En ce sens, ce serait la masse critique des vies privées oeuvre d’art (une vie oeuvre
d’art au 21eme siècle, ce serait toute personne qui utilise son passé comme un coffre
